Machine Workshop 1913
A short documentary about the machine worskhop in Þingeyri and its last machinist.

"Kristján's life has revolved around the machine workshop since he first came there as a little boy, bringing coffee to his brother. Turning 80, it's an end of an era for himself, as well as his craft, since the century old workshop can't compete with globalized production".
The film premiered at the Skjaldborg film festival in 2024.
